📘 1. Digital Products Licensing (eBooks, PDFs, Devotionals, Declarations)

✅ Licensing Type: Personal Use Only (Standard License)

Unless otherwise stated, all downloadable digital materials (eBooks, declarations, devotionals, journals, workbooks) are licensed under the following terms:

• ✅ Permitted Use:

  • For individual personal use only

  • May be printed or downloaded for your own reference

  • May be used in conjunction with PWR Up coaching services or private study

• ❌ Prohibited Use:

  • May not be shared, resold, rebranded, redistributed, or published online

  • May not be used in part or whole for teaching without written permission

  • May not be altered or extracted for commercial use or public broadcast

🧠 2. Coaching Program Licensing (One-on-One & Group)

✅ Licensing Type: Non-Transferable Coaching Access License

All coaching clients receive a personal license to access:

• Private coaching materials

• Session recordings (if provided)

• Workbooks, guides, or assessments issued during their program

🛡️ Restrictions:

• Materials are exclusive to the enrolled client and may not be shared with others

• Clients may not train, certify, or teach others using proprietary frameworks from:

  • Lead Healed™

  • Identity Reset Intensive

  • The Activation Table

  • MPWR’D Transformation System™

  • or My Healing Is My Comeback™

👑 3. Group Program Licensing (Healing Circles, Masterclasses, Retreats)

✅ Licensing Type: Group Participation License

Participants are granted access to:

• Live and recorded sessions (if included)

• Digital participant kits

• Assignments and journaling pages for personal transformation

Leaders interested in licensing your group programs to run under their ministries or organizations can apply for a PWR Up Global™ Group License.

A tiered PWR Up Licensing & Certification Program is being developed for those who wish to:

• Receive facilitator or affiliate training
